Lakeside Living Design’s conception began when at the age of 4, Veronica learned to sew on her grandmother’s lap. Veronica McGraw established Lakeside Living Design in 1995. Veronica went to Custom Home Furnishing Academy for certification in custom upholstery, window treatments, and bedding. Veronica has an eye to create one-of-a-kind spaces that bring her clients’ visions to life. Veronica has a warm and welcoming manner that keeps customers returning year after year.
Tracy Winkleman
Tracy Winkelman has 15 years of retail experience. Tracy has spent the last 8 years focusing on outdoor furniture, helping customers create beautiful outdoor spaces. Tracy has a knack for mixing colors and textures that are pleasing to the eye. Tracy enjoys working with customers and seeing the final results.
Maddie Crisco
Maddie has been passionate about interior design since childhood, gaining hands-on experience by assisting her parents with home remodels and transforming her family’s 100-year-old barn into her dream wedding venue.
In August 2025, Maddie graduated from the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design with a degree in interior design and a specialization in sustainable design. She excels at space planning and has a talent for combining colors and materials to create warm, inviting environments.
Ann Koester
Ann Koester is a Northwoods native who joined the talented workroom team in fall of 2015. Her love of sewing started with her grandmother with whom she spent many of her early years. One of Ann’s favorite parts of her job is working with the beautiful fabrics and crafting the custom window treatments, bedding and more.
